No person, of course, can take two words which express
what might be one of the profoundest truths known to man, and
say that these words constitute a 'Trademark' and are 'Registered'
beyond anybody else's use. That would be insane and inadmissible,
and that is not intended by this business in having registered
the two words 'Living Time' as a Trademark. However, in
order for this "Group of Endeavours" to protect itself
against those who may decide to do business under the same name,
whether or not they understand the true significance of the words
'Living Time', the founder of this Business decided to gain registered
status for the Trademark and Logo of 'Living Time' - but Living
Time belongs to ALL!
